Scope of Services:
Pre-Construction & Planning:

Interior demolition with dust and debris containment

Coordination of structural modifications requiring engineering approval
Framing, Drywall & Insulation:

Wood and metal stud framing

Drywall installation, taping, and finishing (Levels 3–5 as specified)

Sound attenuation and thermal insulation systems

Ceiling modifications, soffits, and architectural features
Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Coordination:

Rough-in and finish coordination for licensed MEP trades

Lighting layout implementation and device installation

Plumbing fixture relocation and installation

HVAC register relocation, interior system adjustments, and full system design
and installation
Interior Finishes:

Flooring installation (hardwood, engineered wood, tile, LVP)

Tile work including backsplashes, showers, and flooring

Cabinet installation and millwork integration

Interior door, trim, and hardware installation

Surface preparation and interior painting or wall finishes
Kitchens & Bathrooms:

Full kitchen and bathroom remodels

Cabinetry, countertop, and fixture installation

Waterproofing systems for wet areas

Appliance installation coordination
Quality Control & Project Closeout:

Ongoing jobsite supervision and quality inspections

Final punch-list completion

All work is performed in compliance with local building codes, manufacturer installation requirements, and recognized construction standards. Projects are managed to maintain schedule efficiency, material quality, and jobsite safety.
