Hello, we are the Alvaro’s. This picture is our legacy and almost all our treasured memories were made in our most beloved space: our home. Homes are so much more than a dwelling place. It’s where you host family Thanksgivings, where your kids take their first steps, where you feel safe to relax and unwind. 

 

As former home-flippers, we have seen our fair share of dysfunctional spaces in various states of disrepair. Even in short term investments, we remodeled our spaces with functionality and quality as our primary focus.  (Option B: we worked with numerous contractors who always fell a bit short. We were often left with unanswered questions, change order fees and mediocre quality.)

 

From those many experiences, we know what is critical to create a smooth construction project: exceptional planning, communication and flexibility.  Hence, Legacy Custom Built was born. We build to last.
